The Phlebiac Brothers are antagonists in Todd McFarlane's Spawn comic book series.
They consist of the Violator, the Vindicator, the Vacillator, the Vaporizer, and the Vandalizer.
All of the brothers make an appearance in the Violator miniseries and the Violator vs. Badrock miniseries.
The only two who seem to stand out significantly against the rest are Vindicator, who tests hellbound souls in order to make them hellspawn (as seen with Billy Kincaid in Spawn #8), and Vandalizer, who is the largest and strongest of the bunch, and is the most visually distinct member of the group. Even so, the Vaporizer and the Vacillator have not yet made any important appearances in the story. As indicated by his name, the Vacillator, in his few appearances, finds it difficult to make up his mind.
In an alternate future of 2015, the brothers are police officers who answer to Spawn; the latter has become a murderous dictator. [1]
